May 15, 2012 Board Meeting Agenda Item #26 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD RFP #12-0116 FOR REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES Description Proposals to provide 'Real Estate Brokerage Services' were received from four vendors on April 17, 2012.  The proposals of American Acquisition Group, LLC, and Florida Acquisition and Appraisal, Inc., were the best proposals meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario.  This proposal is for a period of three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget. Recommendation That the proposals of American Acquisition Group, LLC, and Florida Acquisition and Appraisal, Inc., to provide 'Real Estate Brokerage Services' in an amount not to exceed $165,000 for a three year period, be approved for award and purchase.
